Presales Engineer – Identity & Access Management (Iam)

Our client is a leading international technology company operating in the Cybersecurity and Digital Identity market.

To support the continued growth of its Identity & Access Management business unit across Italy and Iberia, we are looking for a customer-facing PreSales Engineer who combines strong technical capabilities with excellent communication and presentation skills.

This role will work closely with enterprise customers, channel partners, distributors and internal sales teams, helping organizations adopt modern identity, authentication and access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the sales organization throughout the entire customer journey, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

* Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to customers and partners.

* Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements, positioning the most suitable IAM solutions.

* Drive technical enablement, education and training initiatives for channel partners, distributors and customers.

* Collaborate with international sales, product and technical teams across Europe and the United States.

* Support partner development activities and contribute to the growth of the partner ecosystem.

* Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, webinars and conferences.

* Contribute to strategic business opportunities across Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Required Experience

* Previous experience in PreSales, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting or Technical Consulting roles.

* Experience within Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Enterprise Software or Digital Identity environments.

* Strong customer-facing attitude and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

* Experience working with enterprise customers, channel partners, distributors or system integrators.

* Ability to deliver workshops, demonstrations and technical presentations to senior audiences.

* Comfortable operating in an international and matrix organization.

Good understanding of one or more of the following areas:

* Identity & Access Management (IAM)

* Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

* Single Sign-On (SSO)

* Smart Card

* Identity Federation

* Authentication & Access Management

* Privileged Access Management (PAM)

* Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

* Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

* Digital Identity and Access Security

Languages

* Fluent Italian

* Fluent English

* Spanish is considered a strong advantage

SALARY PACK

Office Milan North Area - Smartworking policy (Hybrid)

Gross Annual Salary 55.000/65.000€ Fixed + 20.000/35.000€ MBO

TOTAL PACK between 75.000/95.000€
